SU Pole fitness
We are a student-run pole fitness society, embracing strength and confidence both inside and out. Our weekly sessions (“jams”) are super chill, and a way to relax, make friends, learn new tricks from each other, build strength and self-confidence and have fun! We truly believe that pole is for everyone, regardless of their gender, sexuality, disability, size, shape, race and everything else! We hope to be able to help bring people together through learning pole moves and having a laugh, as well as helping people to come out their shell, to own and express themselves, release emotion and increase inner and outer strength in a safe space.
